Cargo
We work 24 hours a day and 360 days a year. The variety of equipment let us handle almost all kinds of cargo . We provide cargo expedition by railroad within the borders of Latvia. The Terminal has ISO 9001 and ISO 14 001 certification and meets ISPS CODE security requirements.
SAWn timber can be placed in open or closed storage. The loading rate onto vessel up to 150 m3/hour.
Woodchips for production of cellulose, heat energy and wood-fibre plates. The loading rate for vessels is up to 500 m3/hour, for railcars – up to 250 m3/hour.
Industrial salt for road scattering in winter time. The storage of salt in a closed warehouse is possible. The loading rate for vessels is up to 300 tons/hour, for railcars – up to 150 tons/hour.
aggregates for road construction, for building purposes. The loading rate for vessels is up to 300 tons/hour, for railcars – up to 150 tons/hour.
peat for agriculture or energy production. The loading rate for vessels is up to 500 m3/hour, for railcars up to 250 m3/hour.
The coal handling technology with no coal dust has been developed. We perform coal crushing and magnetic cleaning as well. The loading rate for vessels is up to 400 tons/hour, for railcars – up to 150 tons/hour. We provide services for transit freights from Russia and Ukraine.
Wood pellets for production of heat energy. Storage of up to 6000 tons in a closed warehouse. The loading rate for vessels is up to 200 tons/hour, for railcars – up to 100 tons/hour.

Cargo on pallets. Packaged peat, paper rolls, firewood for fire-places, any cargo on pellets. The loading rate for vessels is up to 100 pieces/hour, for railcars – up to 50 pieces/hour.
CO2 Since the year 2009 the internationally well-known company aga started its operation in the Skulte Terminal by having developed here the Regional Centre for distribution of carbon dioxide in the Baltics.
We perform reloading of LPG from railroad tank-cars into heavy trucks specialized in gas transportation.
